We need a Project Support Specialist who’s great with people, loves solving problems, and gets excited about creating processes that help clients thrive. You’ll work closely with clients, build workflows (mostly in LeadSimple), and keep projects humming. This isn’t a slow-paced gig—we move fast, and we need someone who can keep up while staying sharp.

What You’ll Do
- Process Building: Map out client workflows, document them clearly, and set them up in LeadSimple. You’ll share these with clients and help make them stick.
- Client Support: Be the go-to for client questions, manage support tickets, and keep everyone updated. You’ll also handle lead reviews and chime in on community platforms.
- Project Flow: Keep project boards organized, tackle support tasks, and stay proactive.
What You Bring
- Property Management Experience: At least 6 months in a people-facing role like Property Manager, Resident Coordinator, or Leasing Specialist. This is a must—we need someone who gets the industry.
- Tech Comfort: You’ve used tools like Zapier or similar (webhooks are a bonus). You’re good with Zoom, Notion, Slack, Google Drive—whatever keeps us connected. LeadSimple experience? Awesome, but we’ll teach you if you’re new to it.
- Problem-Solving Skills: You can spot a client’s need and figure out a fix, no hand-holding required.
- Communication: Clear writing and speaking—keep it simple and real.
- Multitasking: Handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities without breaking a sweat.
- Remote Setup: Quiet space, solid video/audio, no distractions. This is full-time remote, so your setup matters.
