At Process Architect, we exist to empower Property Managers by making tech Accessible, Affordable, and Approachable. Yes, we work with tools like LeadSimple (a CRM and workflow platform), but our secret is: We’re really in the people business.

We help clients document their processes, build them into systems, and get their teams to adopt and implement with enthusiasm. Our average client sticks with us for almost a year because we’re committed to their long-term success, not just a quick fix or build.

We’re a young company — less than a year old — and growing fast. That means things move quickly around here, and we’re looking for someone who’s ready to jump in, learn on the fly, and roll with changes. We’re open with feedback, we share what we know, and we put in the hours to make it work. If you’re someone who cares about people and wants to help build something real, this could be your spot.
